hi ! im imgyeong, ive been diagnosed with BPD for a while now and I don’t know how to handle it. It’s rlly hard to keep up with. Is there anything I can do to help me with this?

Researching your diagnosis, learning its signs and symptoms from to back. Knowledge and understanding your illness will help you be more aware of yourself and episodes. Itll also help you realize episodes and what you can do to bring yourself out of those episodes. Therapy. Exercise. Self care. Writing your feelings. And deep breathing exercises help. (Meditation 🧘♀️) Self awareness is important

Hi!! Dialectal Behavior therapy worked WONDERS for me. It is difficult to find a therapist that can do it with you but if you can find it go for it. You can find some skills for free online. You do have to practice it to be second nature but it does help. And just my personal choice, I take meds for it- anti-psychotics- and those help too. But ai do know meds are a personal choice.
