On caffeine, if you are ADHD, then caffeine weekend differently. When I stopped caffeine my RLS got worse. Now I actually take caffeine pills at bedtime. Hot baths, with Epsom salt, stretching, kicking your legs in a pool, and lately it seems like dehydration may be a factor? The dehydration is a new guess though.

My best tips for some non-pharmacologic daily habits are getting regular exercise, but not before bedtime, and lowering stimulants such as coffee or TV before bedtime. Good bedtime habits are key.

Stretch your legs as much as possible before you go to bed.

Quinine, potassium, and melatonin help... But I take several prescriptions also.
