We don't use labels in our system so I don't know many myself, but I can attempt to give you the basics! A subsystem would be one alter in your system having their own system. This can often be a common occurrence with polyfragmented systems that have a lot of alters. Were there other terms you've been seeing as well you wanted more clarification on?
