I was wondering if any of my alikes with EDS are also suffering from Gastroparesis? And if so, do you think they’re directly related? I’m pretty new to EDS, but I’ve been diagnosed with Gastroparesis for years and I’m pondering if it has been EDS slowing down my digestive system all along.
It is a direct connection. EDS stretches the connective tissue of your stomach making it harder to digest stuff and then poof! Gastroparesis. Sorry you are dealing with it. :(
