    Start by taking time to yourself. Take a day off, stay in bed till late, eat something good and rest. After it everything will look much better.

    What does your body feel like doing? It’s ok to not work optimally all the time. That’s not how our bodies work. Sometimes we need looong stretches of rest and that’s ok. Don’t let anyone make you feel bad about resting. Not even yourself. You deserve a break.

    it’s weird bc entirely the opposite of adhd. but when i’m overwhelmed (adhd wise) if i remember it always helps me to meditate. but letting my mind wander and follow whatever ideas i have! i personally feel really refreshed after! and definitely no books, or tv!! they just perpetuate the overwhelming sense!
