I dont enjoy the things I used to enjoy anymore. I dont understand why I had to get the bad end of the stick and be depressed

@MarshallTheGayest y'know it could be art block and trust me it's common I have it right now, I don't have any motivation to make art or at least enjoy the things I did because I'm depressed or I'm losing an interest it isn't something that's rare and that's okay It won't stay forever all you need to do is give yourself patience and not to force yourself especially if you're going through a lot stress of stress, so when I feel like this I listen to music or anything else to make me feel calm and collected, while I'm doing that I do art because when you're relaxed your clear of mind and then soon enough you can focus on the things you find enjoyable. So I would say relax for the time being try to unwind and when you feel like you're ready put some music on okay a game clear your mind then start doing what you love again

@0_crimcrow_0 i used to enjoy writing, reading, arts and crafts, making videos. i cant do any of that anymore
