It happens because when you poop your blood pressure rises and goes out. Therefor less blood in your head. Many people have died on the toilet straining too hard actually. It’s common for people to pass out trying too hard to poop. Just be careful and it’ll be okay🤞🏻

For me it's always stress related when it happens I have anxiety as well so if it's bad I've learn to be very careful what I eat. No eggs no dairy. Hope this helps.
