      These past two mornings I've written down my fears, drawn faces/characters for them, and then written love letters to those characters, and then final step was to read the love letter to myself because after all my fears are a part of me and its been pretty powerful

      I like to take a bath with the warmest water and then when it’s cold, fill it up again. Ik it’s wasteful but it realllly helps me. Sometimes just blasting a song in the car before I get to work helps. I love the soundtrack from Encanto and blasting it really takes my mind off of things.

      Eating meals not distracted. Seems lame and not fun but when I focus on eating each of my meals while not working or watching tv I feel better.

      Listen to music, go out of your way to do something you enjoy. Think of things you are grateful for. Go see a friend or family member

      if you like to draw or color (i love adult coloring books), spend some time outside (if its not too cold where you live), get your favorite drink & snacks, light a candle & watch your favorite tv show/ movie
