hey! the things i do to help relieve anxiety in public are limited, because a lot of the time it doesn't make the anxious feeling go away entirely. i struggle a lot being in public by myself, and i usually have some sort of buddy with me. even so, i try to regulate my breathing and get a drink if i can, something grounding like sprite or cold water. it can also help to have some candy like a jolly rancher to ground me, i used to have them a lot in highschool during tests and such. i also fidget with my hands a lot, and take bathroom breaks when i need to, even if i don't actually have to go. i hope some of these might help you!
