Any tips for helping lower back pain? I’ve tried tens units, deep pressure massages, pain cream, pain meds, epsom salt soaks, and more but it’s like nothing ever touches it for long 😪

^^ muldowney physical therapy is the best for those with eds, they introduced me to tethered cord syndrome which i likely have and might be the root of my back pain

I’ve had some luck with radiofrequency ablation’s on my lower lumbar and I’m about to get the same on my SI joints since the others worked. I’ve tried dry needling, PT, braces, steroids, injections, and heat with minimal effect (currently taking meloxicam & muscle relaxers). You have to have steroid nerve block injections first though to find out if you’re a candidate…and I know steroids aren’t great for connective tissue disorders, so you have to weigh the risk vs potential relief. I was at the end of my rope, so I finally did it.

Struggling with this too, I'm finding some short term relief from a combination THC and CBD topical ointment. It has helped calm down the muscles in my lower back that spasm when I lay on my back.
Strengthen my core, esp lower abs. I’ve had 6 low back surgeries - only the last one helped (neurosurgery, not ortho surgery)
Physical therapy, one that uses Muldowney Protocol and/or does manual physical therapy! Your sacrum could be out which causes soooo much pain.

I don’t know if this is an option for you but I had severe lower back pain and I had a procedure called a spinal ablation where they cauterized nerves along your spine and my pain level has improved so much.
I got a few corsets as makeshift back braces and now I wear them every time I work at my desk, drive long distances, or do bending and lifting. It stabilizes my mid and low back and helps with my hyper mobility. Just make sure you strengthen also. I get nice ones at a (relatively) low price at Timeless Trends. Message me if you have questions
I agree with the above comment — it can be a hard road, but longer term relief generally comes from strengthening stabilizing muscles. Do you know if it’s arthritis related? My low back pain is a combo, but there are also procedures that can help with the arthritis portion.
I worked with a manual/physical therapist. Stabilize, strengthen. He used many techniques to help
