Dealing with the aftermath of a traumatic event

Lauraroseg, Sorry to hear that. That’s exactly what I was trying to say. I was wondering how anyone felt do something that would be a trigger and how to cope.

I think I understand what you’re trying to ask. I have CPTSD and in 2020 I was in a horrible car accident and about a month after the accident I decided to drive past the scene because I thought it would help me remember what happened.

Can you rephrase the question? I don’t quite understand, but I’d love to chat about it.
