Burning Pain During Panic Attacks

I have been getting burning in my arms and legs in a panic attack. It really scares me at first.

is it in your chest? between the racing heart, the tensed muscles, and the hyperventilating, i definitely get chest pain during panic attacks. but i don’t know if that’s what you’re describing. i would talk to a doctor for sure!
