I use the reminders app on my phone religiously, because my phone is always nearby! They pop up on my Home Screen and stay there until I clear them out and that usually works okay for me
I have a cute purple days of the week pill box (I added glitter - the cuter it is the less likely I'll forget about it)! Morning meds I take with my coffee, night meds I keep right next to my bed and take right before going to sleep. The pill boxes also really help if you feel like you can't remember if you missed a dose!
When I take my medicine, I pause for a moment to stare at my pill and a clock.
I put my pill bottle on top of my phone every night so I have to move it before I can get too distracted in the morning š
I have 2 alarms on my phone, morning and night, and I distribute my pills (I take ALOT so this is great) into a week's worth of labeled little boxes that have a morning and night section on each day. They are a 7 day rainbow of helpfulness and you can take each day on the go if you need it. I keep it VISUAL too. My morning pill alarm is also my wake up alarm which helps. Build the habit (which is hard I know) and it will become one.
Do you have the weekly medicine holders? Those are great. Fill those up every week and then you are good. Also, you can get apps that help remind you to take your meds. Or set alarms on your phone.
Try to put reminders around the house and keep extras like in ur car and stuff and evetually you should just get used to it

Yes I have a monthly pill organizer for day and night. I keep mine it the bathroom because I'll see it before bed when I wash my face and in the morning when I use the bathroom. It helps so much the weekly one was just not enough for me.
What I do is I have a pill planner box and a glass of water right by my bed. So when I first wake up or when I am about to go to bed, I take them. Then every week I refill the box with my meds and occasionally refill the glass of water. A way to help start the habit is if you wake up with a phone alarm, name it ātake your medsā or something like that. Hope this helps ā¤ļø
