I did it for about 6-8 different times. I did not notice any improvement personally. Yes I tripped balls but at the end of the day nothing changed in my mind. However, I was not in an environment where I could actively heal. I was living with abusive family, who essentially forced me to get the treatment. My suggestions: If you want to try it, make sure you are in an environment where you can heal. Make sure you are in a headspace to put in active, focused effort also. I say this because PTSD tends to put me in survival mode much of the time. Also, research the clinic. The one I had to go to was not great in that there was no privacy. It was you and like 7 other people in the same room. This makes sense for monitoring, but I really hated that feeling of being watched by random strangers.
