Treating Methane SIBO with Antibiotics: Diet Tips?

Hi! I am currently on my second round of antibiotics for methane SIBO. I personally felt a huge difference after my first round, but unfortunately got a stomach bug right after finishing them and had to do another round two weeks later. I highly recommend taking probiotics while on the antibiotics! Particularly a microbiome fiber probiotic and mega sporebiotic. I haven’t gotten to the point where I feel comfortable adding back new food because of how long I’ve been sick, but once you add some back in, I’d love to hear how it’s going for you!
