I found that the more i opened up about my anxiety, the more i realized that so many people i know also have anxiety. My friends and some people in my family. I haven't opened up to everyone, inly those i trust, and thise who also open up to me about vulnerable things. I even found out my very best friend is on mental health medication too, and we got even closer because we can relate 😊
