Need Help with Coat Hanger Pain

tens unit, yoga, and an acupuncture mat help me out a bit. I also have some topicals that I use but my favorite one isn’t readily available unfortunately. Ultimately, I generally end up having to lay down at least for a little bit tho

I got a Thera-cane and I use an nsaid cream and rock sauce there and it really helps, I also do gentle stretches for my neck and traps daily. Hope this helps 💕
