does anyone else experience heart beats where it feels like they’re going back and forth between your head and your chest?? like me head hurts and almost “pulses” and then the pain and “pulsing” sensation go to my chest. it goes back and forth for a minute and then just stops.

Yes- seems to me that it happens when I am struggling to get blood into my brain. For me it goes away when I lay on the floor with my legs against the wall/heels towards the ceiling.
