Dealing with Anxiety Symptoms: Exhaustion, Dizziness, and Panic Attacks

Im not good at remembering or identifying before a panic attack yet, so I'm not much help. But I wanted to say, I'm so sorry for all the loss you have experienced and I hope you find relief from your anxiety symptoms and feel better. 💜

First, let me say I’m sorry about all your loss in such a short period of time. 🙏 I began having panic attacks in 7th grade. I thought I was having a heart attack! Now my panic attacks usually have the element of doom. I don’t have any particular feelings with the exception of impending doom or disaster. When I do allow myself to feel something at those times I generally feel sick to my stomach. Lastly, always remember…even a hypochondriac can be right sometimes!
