endo sounds most likely. I had the same kind of pain, but it was every time I had my period. my mom actually commented once when I was like 16 that the only two other people she knew who had such horrific cramps both had endometriosis. she still feels bad about not getting me to a gynecologist the second she suspected something was wrong, but we didn't have money or insurance at the time. if you can afford to, see a gynecologist asap to get this sorted out

get an ultrasound to check for an ovarian cyst… i fell to my knees crying because of the pain once… also very possible endo. you need to stand up and make them listen to you.

10000% endo. So many doctors (yes, even gynecologists) aren’t educated on endometriosis which is RIDICULOUS considering it’s in 1 in 10 women. Don’t give up, research endometriosis specialists in your area or surrounding states. It’s worth the traveling if necessary to have a doctor who will hear you out, take you seriously, and get you the treatment you need. Good luck!

Agree with all these comments; I have all of these even with the mirena, besides a lot of pain. Also document; I use the phone notes app since you can be as detailed as you want.

Make sure to find an obgyn that is willing to listen to you. Document your symptoms, severity, and the times as well. Maybe even find a period app on top of that if you don't already have one. Track your cycle. I finally found my doctor a few years ago, and she is awesome. She explains everything and listens. She even does the surgeries for me for my endometriosis. I've had two surgeries for it, so I can say honestly the pain is not fun and I sympathize.
