If you have compression leggings that always helps me out! If not try wrapping it up with an ace bandage. Once you think it’s safe enough to do so, try doing some light workouts on that leg to tighten your tendons! DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!

If you're able to, getting a hold of a crutch or walking stick could help. I use one when my hips are actively dislocated or briefly while they're beginning to heal from a dislocation. Being able to use one to fully take the weight off makes walking a lot easier .
