My anxiety is at an all time high due to the passing of my mom. I am lost and feel all alone. Any suggestions?

It’s ok to cry ugly and go days and not have a tear to shed. Summer is coming - sit in the sun a lot and breathe ❤️

That is a huge change in your life. I wish you well, and that you may heal. I know it doesn't compare to losing an actual person, but I recently had to put down my childhood dog and I grew up with her so it felt like we were siblings. What helped me was talking about it, releasing the tears and pain through good memories and stories.

i’m so so sorry. this is a big fear and it’s devastating, there’s nothing like this pain. now is the time to turn to those in your life you trust the most. be transparent and tell them you need uplifting at this time. don’t avoid your feelings but don’t take them all on to the point where you’re overwhelmed. relish in the amazing memories. just remember that grief is an abundance of love with nowhere to go, so use that love for good ❤️

❤️So sorry for your lose.. I lost my mother when I was 21. It was a difficult time. What helped me was being around people and staying busy. Mother's Day I know was difficult. Remember the good. Be patient with yourself because emotions are raw. It's ok to cry Helpful. Something I didn't have much control over. Give and get real live hugs if you can. Get out enjoy nature. I journal's alot and talked to God and my Mom. I'm always here to listen.
