How to cope with midday panics about eating? Even on good days I will eat something small then by the time I know I need to eat again I start panicking to tears because I know Im going to feel like shit. I also have POTS so cooking (while I like doing it) is difficult especially without help and I have to use the stairs. I tried meal prepping but couldn’t this week due to symptoms and people putting barriers in my way. (This isnt my house) I just want to find a way to cope with this so I can move on and actually eat. Feels like a full time job just trying to eat with my body.

Wishing you all the best!! I’m in a similar place too. I can’t eat anything without feeling so sick, and it’s so distressing. I totally feel it being like a full time job. Trying to eat enough and managing my symptoms control my whole life. I hope you are able to get a bit of relief soon!
