Having the same issue. Doctors put me on more meds but not helping
Be very careful with melatonin. If you take too much/too regularly, your body can stop producing it. Cbd oil, valerian root(can cause vivid dreams), and many other things can help too. Herbal mixes and other things are definitely recommended before going down melatonin rabbit hole. I have a lot of issues because my egg donor gave me way too much melatonin when I was young. Not to say that melatonin is bad, but please please please do your research on dosage for your body specifically.

I completely understand and have recently learned that melatonin is it meant to be taken by itself. It never worked for me until I went to GNC and learned from the guy helping me that Its only a supplement to aide a sleep aide. Its weird but I take it with this other sleep aide called Zen Natural. You take 3 capsules along with the one capsule of melatonin and drink 10 ounces of water. Works for me every time. Hope that helps !
