Looking for Medication Advice for Panic Disorder

Following. I'm on Cymbalta but not sure it's doing much. I'm on 90 mg a day but wonder if I need more or something to go with it. I also take amitriptyline to sleep, and sometimes it's not the best.

I currently take Lexapro & Wellbutrin daily, and Vistaril as needed. I’ve been on so many antidepressants over the past 10 years that I’ve lost count, but this combo works for me (3 years now). Medicine affects everyone differently so I’ve always been open to trying new treatments. Cymbalta, however, was the worst medicine I’ve ever tried. My side effects were severe and it took 2-3 months to feel “normal” after stopping it. HOWEVER, you may have a completely different reaction, like the others who have commented. Talk to your doctor and see what they recommend. You can always try it out and change your treatment plan later on if it’s not helping.

Cymbalta is the anti-depressant that’s been the most helpful for the longest amount of time for me. I’ve tried I believe 7 different antidepressants since I was diagnosed 5 years ago

Cymbalta saved my life. It’s the best anti depressant i’ve ever been on. As for anxiety — i’m not on any anxiety medications but i’ve heard really good things about Lexapro. Best of luck! Message me privately if you wanna know more. :)
