I assume you mean Dupixent lol. For me, the medicine took about 3 weeks for my severe eczema to flare down. But in the meantime I took care of my skin by switching to the Aveeno family of products for body wash and moisturizer and vanicream for hand soap. I was also prescribed ketoconazle shampoo for my scalp. I also wore cotton gloves that I would wear on top of my hands that I moisturized with Aveeno and steroid cream (monistat.) I also helped alleviate the itch feeling by applying ice to the area. You may also want to try limiting your diet from certain possible triggers, eczema can actually be triggered by things like gluten or soy or dairy --for me soy was a food trigger that I had to eliminate to help my eczema. Ask your doctor for a skin allergy test and you might learn something you didn't before. Taking vitamin d supplements also improved my skin and discouraged the flaking. For immediate relief, I would wash the area for 2 mins with soap and water and then apply the steroid cream. If you don't have cream, try using ice or at least rub the area and don't scratch it. (And if you do scratch it make sure to have really clean fingernails lol)
