How to Recognize a Flare-Up in Chronic Illness

I can tell I am in a flare when I get severe fatigue and feel like I can’t function

The easiest way I can explain when I am in a flare is when the points of my body that normally don’t hurt start to hurt a lot

Joint/muscle pain, extreme fatigue, fever sometimes

Besides the already listed symptoms, I get fatigue and brain fog

I have a fluctuation in body temp, stiffness, muscle pain.

I always have low grade temperatures
