How do I heal from the trauma my manic episode caused?

      Something that has helped me at least is to try and pinpoint as much as possible what triggered that episode. Once I realize that I can work on sitting boundaries with myself and others to avoid being triggered again. Though I also try and face my triggers and attempt to work through them if I feel strong enough and safe enough. I don’t know if any of it’s healing but it has helped keep me from spiraling before. ❤️
