Bell's Palsy
advertisement
Since the bell's palsy caused the vocal cord paralysis on one side. I've been doing voice therapy. Which has helped. Even though the Bell's Palsy happened in March 2020 due to a virus. It still bothers me sometimes when my voice becomes tired of talking at work all day. I start having hoarseness. I try to relax my throat and not talk when I get home. I use the stress tea Clementine, I get at Walmart it helps.
