i always wake up really anxious and somewhat panicked. especially if i go back to sleep after waking up or when i take a nap during the day. does this happen to anyone else?

      Yeah, it usually happens to me when I’m already stressed about something whether I know it or not and when I have too much sugar. It also happens randomly so I guess it’s just something tied to anxiety.

      ✋Me, so me.. happens ESPECIALLY after napping and sometimes waking up in the morning. At other times I will have panic episodes in afternoon between 4 and 7pm . Have no idea why.. 😔💕🤦‍♀️

      Just starting about a month ago I've been having panic attacks every morning, almost before I'm even fully awake. I got put on Zoloft and Vistaril but they aren't helping. Instead, I immediately get dressed and go out for a walk or a run. The physical activity takes me out of my mind and distracts me.

        @aevyn I have been waking up with anxiety for three years,not sure why.Im trying to withdraw from anti psychotics and anxiety got worse,but i dont want to take it anymore as it makes me feel like a zombie and hard to get out of bed.Im on a high dose of anti depressant but does nothing.I will have to start walking again
