Does anyone have tips for constipation? I take 290mg of Linzess and miralax every day. My next appointment with my GI isn’t until the end of May. I’ve heard that Motegrity could be a good option, but anyone have ideas for things I could do before my appointment?

Motegrity is great! I’ve been on it for years for my chronic constipation and I’ve gone from only having a bowel movement with laxatives to (mostly) regular BMs with no intervention. If your just waiting till you see your doctor, you could try switching to a liquid diet for the time being, go for nutritional shakes, to help keep things less likely/harder for it to back up.

Ask your Dr about lactalose. The only that works for me is when I take lactalose and linzess together.
