Random Inhales - What Could They Be?

So I have this thing that I call “inhales”, I literally just inhale at random times and sometimes they are long or short and I have zero clue what they are. Anyone have any small clue as to what they might be?

i know that sometimes i get hit by an evil thought or something that goes away quickly enough to be forgotten after i let my body react to it (noises, movement, breathing change) maybe it’s similar?

  @Polistinae it could be similar, I’ll take that into account and make sure next time it happens I’ll try and pay attention to what the convo is or what I’m thinking
