Can anyone else supress their tics? I’ve been diagnosed since I was 5 and over the years I’ve spent a lot of energy suppressing them. They don’t go away completely but I can “muffle them” quite a lot. I need to stop bc it’s very draining, but I do it subconsciously now 😓 sometimes it even ends up with me in pain due to my tics
Ditto I can totally relate. I try an suppress mine as much as possible in public 4 the most part but at home I kinna let it fly although mine are mild they are severe wo medication and it also puts alot of pain an strain on me
