hi, I’m experimenting with Ashwaghanda please tell me which ones you recommend ? I used one at 350mg, and I think it was too strong for me. I got COVID back in January/February I’m left with stress and anxiety to the point where I get spikes in my cortisol and I get tingles. But my functional medicine doc Ashwaghanda? But I’m getting side effects from it . Like stomach and headaches and I’m getting way to drowsy. She suggested taking it at night. Any thoughts?
Wow im really surprised to hear that Ashwaganda is giving you side effects. I have never heard of that so i cant speak to it for your case. What brand was it? My favorite brand is not found where i live now but the "Himalaya" brand is the closest thing to my favorite in terms of dose.
I also take benadryl and my dr prescribed hydroxyzine which is basically the same thing but this also helps a lot but I'm always so relaxed that I sleep alot now
I take the goli brand and I just do what the bottle says which is 2 twice a day that comes out to 600mg a day but work at tour own pace when I started taking them I was only taking 2 a day they taste great and are gummies
Chamomile tea and going outside helps. So does the sound of running water. Often I go in the bathroom and run the faucet. I just can't be around people when I'm having a panic attack.
