My lower back has been hurting super bad for a few weeks and i can’t think of anything that i did to cause it. it hurts to move

      I had that after standing for a while and an MRI showed I had a herniated disc. I’ve been doing a natural treatment with a machine called DRX 9000. They rap you with belts and the machine slowly pulls your back while lying down for about 25 min a session. Done almost 20 of them but no real results yet. The doctor says I should continue treatments for a few more months…very slow healing process for me so far…

        @Izzy_K I have heard some things about this treatment and feel like it is something I should try for my lower back pain. Does it hurt?

          @Kate88 doesn’t hurt. I’m just very frustrated that it’s taking so long to show results. Another MRI down the road will be the best indicator..
