I'm not sure what a salt stick is, from a quick google is it an electrolyte supplement?? I agree very much with wise in that salt and sodium are different, and that electrolyte supplements are good but maybe aren't providing enough sodium for you. Talk to your doctor about starting sodium chloride tablets, I'm on 1 gram 3 times a day and it's helped me immensely. I've also been able to stop salting everything I eat which is nice When I get an intense salt craving I'll pour a small bit of table salt on my palm and lick it off - kinda feel like a horse with a salt lick but it usually gets the job done lol. Consider healthier salt options as well like salted nuts, veggie chips, or soup. I understand the craving though, believe me, sometimes I just wanna mow through some salty tortilla chips. Everything is okay in moderation but I think you maybe should focus on getting your salt from non food sources

I take 2 salt pills with each meal, and try to put as much salt onto my food as possible (without getting sick) sometimes even putting salt in my water 🤷‍♀️ but also finding meals that have a very high sodium count!

      Have you tried sodium supplements?

@hime you might need to just increase how much you're taking (under doctor's supervision obviously). I'd be wary of adding salt to every meal since salt and sodium aren't the same thing and excess salt could cause problems
