Hey pain people šŸ™‚ So, I work from home a lot of the time. Sometimes I work at a desk, but I often need a different space. A lot of times, Iā€™ll end up at the table or a more supportive couch, but my back still feels like it could use some more support. Whether itā€™s one of the pillows with arms that you usually see on beds or something else, could you share your recommendations of supportive pillows I could try out?

What has helped me the most is switching my desk chair to a kneeling chair. Ironically, one of the best chairs for back pain has literally no back rest at all. Instead, it keeps your posture aligned by shifting your weight forward. I donā€™t recommend if you struggle with knee or shin pain, however. I love it though!

@fruitpunk , I found that a seat cushion with a hole where the base of your spine is works wonders for me and I'm telling you I have one of the worse backs you've ever seen! The guy that reads the x-rays ECT said it looks like a race track! lol
