My father died 4 months ago. I feel like my fibromyalgia has gotten worse. I’m in a lot of pain. I seem to need a lot of sleep or I can’t function at all.

      Grief is hard. Be gentle with yourself. After my father died I got really sick from the stress of grief (decades before my fibro diagnosis). It's normal to be tired while grieving. Be kind to yourself as you would a friend.

      I’m sorry for your loss pain from fibro can get way way worse after a stressful situation. If heat and pressure help I recommend hot baths and weighted blankets. I hope you find relief from your pain/symptoms soon 💖

      Stress, which grief is so hard on our bodies and emotionally, too. Bless you. You cannot rush grief. I got really ill after my father died. That was decades ago. Long before my diagnosis.

      😥💕 I'm so sorry for your loss, I'm feeling the exact same way while grieving the loss of my mother and going thru a separation at the same time.... feel like all I want to do is sleep but even the sleep is get is restless and I don't feel rested....
