Dealing with Severe Menstrual Pain

You can take ibuprofen and Tylenol simultaneously you just need to leave a few hours between the two… that’s not a great solution long term but it can occasionally help in the moment. Heat is generally going to be your best friend in regards to this, so, hot bath, heating pad, heated blanket, etc. those things can help ease pain as well. I’ve also occasionally used icy hot patches to help with the back pain I get on mine…. A more expensive option that I’ve currently been looking into is what’s called a tens unit but those are usually pretty pricey…. I hope this helps ❤️
