I always feel like my bf and friends don’t like me anymore when they’re not physically with me. Does anyone else feel this..? and what to do..?

I also feel like that, especially when I text with friends. I tend to misunderstand part of their messages, like anger or lack of affection. I try to deal with it by talking with them on the phone and reducing text messages.
