Where are you guys on the severity spectrum—mild, moderate, or severe CFS? I would say I am at the beginning of moderate. Sometimes I crash and can’t even care for myself, and other times I can drive and run errands. It’s weird. 🤷🏻‍♀️

No seriously this is so relatable. I can make it through my school days if I don’t stop, but then completely crash in the early evening and can’t take care of myself at all or get any housework done. And normally if I push hard all week, I am physically sick by Friday/the weekend which sucks. Never can catch a break.

It depends. I start my week with easy CFS, after two days I’m moderate CFS and I get to the weekend exhausted
