hi my names al, i just wanna say im not like properly diagnosed since im 17 but i do have traits:) basically im just wondering how any of u get derealisation as well? i want to manage it but its so difficult:/ i hope u r all well <3

      grounding as stated above helps, I also like the ice cube trick that is commonly used for panic attacks. If you are able to grab an ice cube and hold it for a bit, it should shock you back. I’m also struggling with derealization/depersonalization but these help 💐
