How Much Does Cymbalta Help Anxiety?

I was on 30mg and recently increased to 60mg and had extreme increases in my anxiety and depression symptoms. Everyone is different. Listen to your body and increase/decrease slowly!

I take 90 mg once a day and at first it helped tremendously. But after a year or so I had to add on Abilify.
