How do you guys deal with the physical symptoms of social anxiety? I’ve pretty much tackled the anxious thoughts part of it but the adrenaline rush, pounding heart, and tight throat/chest are just so uncomfortable. It’s like my body is begging me to run away.

    Try taking propranolol before a situation that makes you anxious. It should help with your physical symptoms.

    I know this isn't super helpful but if you aren't able to access medication for your physical reactions to anxiety, taking about 7 slow and deep breaths before can help a smidge though.
