Need advice on my 3-lead ePatch Holter monitor

Got my 5-day Holter monitor last night, and there’s a lot my tech just… didn’t know? She even admitted to having never read the manual/info about the monitor 😵‍💫 I can’t find much info on my specific model— has anyone had the 3-lead ePatch? I’m only seeing folks with the all-in-one (leadless) and I just want to make sure I’m not missing anything I should know 😅 Any pro-tips or advice welcome, or just chatting about heart monitor experiences appreciated 💕

Oh I haven't had one of those in awhile. Is that the one with the base that connects via cellular connection? My advice would be to do what you normally do day to day that causes you symptoms. Maybe even exercise and push yourself a bit.

  @DieselWeasel I’m seeing a lot of folks connecting theirs to apps, but mine doesn’t have any info on how/if to do that? I’ve just got three electrodes connected to the little chip in on a lanyard. Still doing research to see if I can find info on this model, but 🤷🏻‍♀️ Might try to exercise, but I already feel like I’m logging way more symptoms than they’re expecting 😂
