Does anybody else feel like they’re never gonna be able to keep up with a relationship because of their disorder?

It's doable. I got in a year long relationship right after being diagnosed. Unfortunately he had to leave the country and so we broke up. Now .... I can't speak for the depression that coincides with grief and feelings of betrayal.

I have always really struggled with my relationships. Both family, friends, and romantic. I don't have any friends and my current boyfriend is the only person who has the patience to understand me. My family has really struggled with helping me all my life. I think the more self aware we become, the easier relationships get.
