I have an appointment with a neuromuscular specialist this Friday and I’m a bit nervous. I had a really bad experience with a neurologist a few years back and am scared that this doctor will be the same if not worse. Also I’m worried that they won’t take me seriously. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a lot of doctors have written stuff off as fibro and didn’t help at all. I don’t think I only have fibro. I have too many other symptoms for that to just be it.
