New to the app, looking for a supportive health community

Hi! I’m new here. Found this app on the AppStore and thought it could come in handy since my health is something I have always struggled with. I am classed as disabled and since the birth of my son in May 2022, am also caring for a infant with disabilities, undetected Trisomy 21 (Down-Syndrome) to be specific. I guess what I was looking for from this app was a community of people to converse with when things become difficult and I find myself struggling. As I often find myself severely low in mood, especially when it comes to my physical health, due to me being in my early 20’s and feeling ashamed for having all of these ‘problems’ I used to imagine would only impact someone a lot older than myself.
