Introducing myself and asking about Lupus challenges

Hi, Nee! Welcome! Fatigue has been terrible, as well as joint pain. I’m an elementary school teacher and the joint pain has gotten bad enough that I need to consider a career change. Just can’t get up and down like I used to. And I’m only 44. But my joints feel like 84. Vanity wise, I also have significant hair loss, but I have gotten pretty skilled with wigs to cover it up.

One of my challenges is being fatigued a lot especially dealing with two little girls with a lot of energy…..being Able to keep up with them and making sure they yet enjoy their childhood…… 👍🏽
