Does anyone have Scoliosis?
Curvature of spine
Kyphosis & Scoliosis
Chronic Generalized pain
Hello! I do have a scoliosis diagnosis, since I was eight years old. Mine isn't a debilitating curve; just enough degrees "off" to need very regular chiropractic adjustments.
oh man, I know the struggle. Although I’ve been going to physical therapy for it because I’m top heavy & it puts extra stress on my spine. It’s been super helpful. I do enjoy going to the chiropractor too
Yes. Try functional patterns and antiinflamatory diet: viome
I Do. And I'm honestly currently in so much pain rn from sitting in this hard chair all day😥
I can't visit a chiropractor because it could make mine worse and I'm supposed to get it fixed this summer.
Also, do you just look up ans your neck makes a nasty sound? Or when you are waking up and getting out of bed, you sit up and your back just caves in and piles on itself....lol, that's ms
Technically I don’t anymore since my spinal fusion surgery but I still have issues with my posture.
I had a double curve
I have a double curve too but it’s minor, so thankfully I don’t need surgery. Doesn’t mean it doesn’t cause me pain or discomfort 🥲
I’m sorry 😢 I had to get spinal fusion surgery because both curves were so severe
✋ that's me I have scoliosis sometimes hurts 😥
I was told by my pcp years ago that I have scoliosis. But when I needed a doctors note for it, the office told me my pcp was not “allowed to diagnose me with that” and would not give me a note for it. So I never got treatment and have no idea how to go about doing so.
I have 20 degree curve to the right done hard labor all my life. It flares up out of the vlet and puts me to the floor for a couple of days sometimes just rest. Sometimes I get a needle. And back to work. Pickleball.life till the next one.
I do but it’s not bad enough to get surgery and there’s nothing they can do so I just have to live in pain:(
I do ✋
33 and diagnosed 2017
I do! I've been having back to back surgeries over the course of 13 years to lengthen a rod helping my spine.
I've had scoliosis since I was four (1995), been dealing with daily back pain since 2006, downside is my curve isn't severe enough to "do" anything.
